Your membership questions, answered.
-
Memberships now run on monthly credits.
Mat classes use 3 credits and reformer classes use 6 credits. Your credits renew automatically each billing cycle and you can book any combination of classes that suits your routine.
Simple, flexible and a little fairer for everyone.
-
Your credits renew each month on your billing date and are valid within that monthly cycle.
-
Members receive:
• Priority booking
• Better value per class
• Access to member perks and eventsThe credit system also helps us manage bookings more fairly, so regular classes are easier to access and spaces are less likely to be held far in advance.
-
You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the start time and your credits will be returned to your account.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, the class credits will be deducted.
Please always cancel your space in the app if you can’t attend. This gives someone on the waitlist the chance to join the class.
-
Credits are valid within your monthly billing cycle and don’t roll over into the following month.
Keeping credits within each month allows us to keep membership pricing consistent and manageable, and helps us plan class availability and staffing properly. If you know you’ll be away, you can pause your membership with notice.
-
You can purchase a class bundle to keep moving until your next renewal. Members can purchase top-up credits for maximum flexibility!
-
Yes. Your routine might change and your membership can too.
Any changes will take effect from your next billing cycle. -
All memberships are rolling and the minimum contract duration is 3 months.
We require 1 month’s notice if you wish to cancel.
-
We require 1 month’s notice prior to your next billing date.
-
Your current membership will renew for the last time on your April billing date before moving to the credit system.
Your new credit membership will start rolling on your April billing date, but you will not be charged until your May billing date. This ensures you can book all your May classes without interruption.
Your first credit cycle will match your current membership exactly - if you’re on unlimited, you’ll receive unlimited credits; if you’re on a hybrid membership, you’ll receive the equivalent in credits - so you won’t miss a single session! These credits expire within 1 month.
We’ll also be around in the studio to help you choose the option that best suits how often you like to come. -

-
Yes! If you prefer flexibility without a monthly membership, opt for our class bundles.
The only change you will see is that they will now be sold as credits rather than classes, which simply gives you more flexibility in how you book. Nothing else changes.
Here’s how credits work:
Mat Class = 3 credits
Reformer Class = 6 credits
For example, buying the 12 credit bundle gives you 4 mat classes OR 2 reformer classes OR a mix of the two!
-
Members can book up to 4 weeks in advance.
Non-members can book up to 2 weeks in advance. -

If a space becomes available you’ll be automatically added and notified by email. If this happens within 12 hours of the class, you’ll be asked to confirm attendance before the booking is secured.
-
Your credits remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, auto-renewal and member benefits will end.
For founding members, cancelling permanently withdraws founding status and associated rates.

-
Our classes have become very popular and many members have found it difficult to get into their regular sessions.
With unlimited memberships, it’s very easy to book multiple classes far ahead and then adjust plans later. The credit system encourages more intentional booking and will mean better availability across the timetable, especially for your favourite classes.
The aim isn’t to reduce how often you come. It’s to make access a little fairer and more predictable for everyone.
