MEET THE

TEAM

LILY K

Hi, I’m Lily, the founder of Sunday Studio.

I found Pilates at a time when I wanted to feel stronger and more comfortable in my body, without the pressure I’d always associated with fitness. It completely changed how I viewed movement - and ultimately led me to open the studio. From the start, I never wanted this to be somewhere you simply work out and leave. Community, events, and connection were always part of the vision. I cared deeply about the space too. From the green check tiles to the alcove wall I built myself, making sure it felt warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I teach both mat and reformer, and my signature class is SWEAT - our heated mat flow. It’s continuous, controlled, and challenging, with a little sneaky cardio and a lot of core. It’s tough, but always supportive. I care just as much about how you feel leaving as what you achieve in class.

Outside the studio, I love the sun and tend to plan my year around a few warm trips away. You’ll often find me at Brac with a coffee, usually planning the next Sunday Social Club or merch drop.

DAISY

Hi, I’m Daisy!

With over 20 years of ballet training and 15 years working within the circus industry, I bring a unique mix of artistry, strength, and precision to every Pilates session. Movement has always been at the heart of my life, and my teaching reflects both technical expertise and a deep understanding of the body in motion.

I hold a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Reformer Pilates, I’m Advanced STOTT Mat qualified, and am also qualified in Barre and Pilates Chair. My training allows me to deliver intelligent, structured sessions that focus on alignment, control, and functional strength while maintaining flow and creativity. I’ve taught at training camps and retreats around the world and being a wealth of knowledge to my sessions.

Drawing on my professional dance background and years in circus performance and coaching, I specialise in building strong, resilient bodies, whether you’re looking to improve posture, enhance athletic performance, rehabilitate intelligently, or simply move with more confidence and ease.

TASH

Hi, I’m Tash! I originally trained as a classical dancer at Johannesburg’s National School of the Arts, where Pilates was part of my daily routine.

After my career in ballet, I went on to work in theatre, musicals, commercials and film in South Africa and London before later qualifying as a personal trainer. Following a break for motherhood, I returned to Pilates and met Sunday’s founder Lily when we completed our Mat and Reformer qualifications together at HFE.

My classes are shaped by my dance background and my love of yoga. You can expect strong technique, attention to detail and flowing movement, with a focus on control, posture and awareness in the body.

When I’m not on a mat or reformer, I’m happiest at my sewing machine or out in the garden with my hands in the soil.

ISET

Hi, I’m Iset! I’m originally from Queensland, Australia. I trained in Mat Pilates with Essence of Living on the Gold Coast and completed my reformer training with Barre Body Australia. At Sunday I teach mat classes and I’m currently qualifying to teach reformer too.

I grew up dancing and ballet was a huge part of my life, which naturally led me to Pilates and a love of mindful movement.

My classes are creative, intentional and challenging in the best way. I focus on moving with control and awareness while still building strength and confidence. I love helping clients push themselves and leave feeling proud of what their body can do.

I always finish class with a short mindfulness meditation so you can properly switch off, reset and walk out feeling grounded.

LAURA

Hi, I’m Laura! I’m a yoga teacher and personal trainer with a 200-hour Hatha Yoga qualification, additional training in Yin and Restorative yoga, and sound therapy. I’m also a Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

My journey started with meditation at a young age, which gradually led me to explore the wider practice of yoga. Discovering that sense of mental stillness and clarity had a huge impact on me and inspired me to share that same feeling of calm, balance and connection with others.

My classes are slow, grounding and mindful. You can expect a balanced blend of movement, breathwork and meditation, with space to properly switch off and reconnect with yourself.

My favourite poses are child’s pose, pigeon and downward dog, and outside the studio I love cooking and spending time in nature, especially in the mountains.

LAUREN

Hey, I’m Lauren! I’ve been teaching Mat Pilates for over 10 years and specialise in pre and postnatal clients. I’m currently training on the reformer too.

I originally trained as a dancer and discovered Pilates at 18. It completely changed how I understood strength and control in my body. I later qualified with Body Control Pilates and have loved teaching ever since.

My classes focus on strong foundations, deep core work and slow, controlled movement. You can expect clear guidance, thoughtful sequencing and plenty of encouragement. I’m especially passionate about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, supported and confident in their movement.

Outside the studio you’ll usually find me upside down , running trails or out on long dog walks

MILLY

Hello! I'm Milly, a Mat Pilates instructor with a passion for fitness. I trained with HFE a couple of years ago after falling in love with Pilates myself. Teaching is one of my greatest joys and it is such a privilege to cheerlead anyone that arrives at Sunday.

Contemporary Pilates is my jam. I weave elements of strength training and conditioning into my classes alongside more classic exercises. I'm a sucker for a push up, lunges and anything upper body! We don't take things too seriously in my classes. My goal is for people to leave the studio feeling brighter and stronger than when they walked in. Whilst I love a burn, you can always expect some deep stretching and guided breath to end practice.

I currently teach part-time, and work as a Speech & Language Therapist as my day job. I love being outdoors and in nature - nothing makes me happier than a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

JORDAN

Hi I’m Jordan a contemporary dancer, mum and Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. Music drives my classes! I love creating an electric energy in the studio and getting everyone motivated and working to their max.

I deliver a full body workout targeting every major muscle group, expect shaky legs but laughs along the way!

LILY T

Hi! I’m Lily - a barre and yoga teacher, personal trainer and fitness instructor. After dancing throughout my childhood, facilitating movement felt like the most natural progression. I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works, which led me to study Neuroscience, and that understanding of the brain-body connection really shapes how I teach.

You can expect the signature barre burn in my classes, blended with strength-based, gym-inspired movements. I love to sandwich my sessions with breathwork and a short yoga flow but don’t be fooled… I will still work you very hard

Outside of the studio you’ll usually find me weightlifting or running, and spending far too much money on coffee.
