This 4-week beginner reformer course is designed as a calm and supportive introduction to the reformer machine.

If you are new to reformer Pilates or have felt unsure joining regular classes, this course offers the space and time to slow things down, learn the basics, and build confidence week by week.

Across the four weeks, we will focus on understanding the reformer, including setup, springs, and fundamental movements, while moving with control and intention. You will progress with the same small group each week, allowing for a relaxed pace and plenty of guidance.

The aim of the course is to leave you feeling confident, comfortable on the machine, and ready to move into FORM or other reformer classes at Sunday Studio.
